Before Your Job is Started
Is there anything I need to do before sealcoating maintenance is performed on my asphalt?
Yes!

Residential and Commercial Areas: Notice should be posted to residents and/or office building workers in due time. Cars that are not removed from the premises will need to be towed - additional costs may be incurred.
