Crack Sealing is often used as the first line of defense against pavement deterioration, because it protects the base and/or sub base from erosion which results in further cracking, pot holes and eventually total pavement failure. We use a quality "hot pour" sealing rubber.

The cracksealing material is applied to the cracked surface after the region has been air pressure cleaned to remove silt, dirt, etc.
